New Year Means Workout Time!

It is that time of year again. Time to get up before the sun has come up and make the short brisk walk over to the Warrior Fitness Center for winter workouts. The workouts include weight training, speed & agility work, and conditioning. All of the workouts are run by Strength & Conditioning coach Matt Fraze and his staff.
