All Done With Fitness Testing

Today we completed the last of our 10 fitness tests. Over the two days of testing we did the "Beep Test" to measure aerobic fitness, 300s to measure anaerobic fitness and eight additional tests (vertical leap, push-up test, sit-up test, T-test, Pro-Agility test, 3-hop test, 20 yard sprint, 40 yard sprint) to measure our athletic ability, speed and agility. Now that we know where everyone is at we can track their progress throughout the spring. Go Warriors!
