Fitter, Faster, Stronger!

Not only is today the first day of spring semester it is also the first day of spring workouts. The team gathered bright and early this morning to workout with strength and conditioning coach Matt Fraze. Coach Fraze is in charge of making the team fitter, faster and stronger!
